Oh my gosh, as I was editing my post about percebes, I saw Andrew Zimmern eating some percebes on an episode of Bizarre Foods. This was at a Spanish tapas bar, I think. So I got to see what they look like: goose necks. Zimmern thought they were wonderful: gritty and delicious.
